Do you have a trial?
You can enjoy a free trial for 14 days without the need to register a credit card.After that, you can continue using the service for free if you roast 10 times or fewer per month.
If you need more roasts, you’ll need to register a card and subscribe to a plan.
Are there any feature limitations on the free plan?
No, you can still register and integrate your roasting machine to store and manage your roasting history, even with free access.
Are there any additional fees based on the number of roasting machines or roasters?
No, only per-batch plans are charged. You won't be charged extra for the number of roasting machines or the number of roasters, but you may be subject to sanctions if you share a single account with multiple roasteries.
What is the difference between an annual plan and a monthly plan?
There is a difference in the length of the subscription period between the annual and monthly plans, and if you choose the annual plan, you'll pay 20% less than what you would pay for the same period with the monthly plan.
Can I cancel my plan after subscribing to Firescope?
Yes, you can cancel your plan while using Firescope.

2. Change or Cancel Your Plan: Once logged in, select the option to change or cancel your current plan.
